In response to the racial equality disparity faced by the BIPOC community, H.O.P.E. is dedicated to establishing a harmonious culture akin to a thriving ecosystem. This unique culture is cultivated through robust relationships between H.O.P.E. and its community partners. Leveraging H.O.P.E.'s foundational framework and strategic alliances, we offer the following services:


  • Cutting-edge education through CNM Ingenuity's CDL program and Native Nations CDL training
  • Accountability and personalized guidance
  • Temporary housing (maximum duration of 1 year)
  • Peer support
  • Tailored resources for Commercial Learners Permit preparation
  • Stipend support
  • Assistance in obtaining a Medical DOT card


 Our primary focus lies on individuals traditionally labeled as unqualified, ineligible, or prone to reoffend.


In our program, we connect them with experienced professionals equipped with distinctive expertise to guide them towards making economically sound and ethically responsible choices, offering immediate and lasting benefits.


Our goal is to establish ourselves as a reliable and effective organization pioneering community growth, driving economic progress, and advocating for equal job opportunities for both male and female members of the BIPOC community.

Commercial Learners Permit

Commercial Learners Permit

As step 1 of 3, getting the CLP is a two fold step which also includes getting the Medical DOT card.  These two must first be obtained before a CDL is even considered

CDL License

Step 2 of obtaining a Commercial Drivers License is an achievement that builds confidence and leads them to a self sustaining life

Employment

When students have finally reached this part of the journey, H.O.P.E. connects our certified CDL students to our sister organization Choice and Chances for employment services
