We are a for-profit B-Corp committed to assisting BIPOC community members in securing employment and providing job placement services upon obtaining their CDLs through our affiliated company, Haven Of Peace Enterprise (H.O.P.E.). C&C's goal is to empower individuals to achieve their maximum potential by helping them overcome poverty and injustice, enabling them to pursue a career and income with opportunities for advancement, allowing them to construct a meaningful and fulfilling life they can take pride in.
The Haven of Peace Enterprise focuses specifically on the BIPOC individuals of our community by providing guidance and the tools necessary to get them prepared for their Commercial Learners Permit. Our students are provided with a stipend and connection to many services needed during the transition to a new quality of life. We make sure no excuse can get in the way of your success.
Haven of Peace Enterprise connects their students to community partners such as CNM and NNCT to obtain their Commercial Drivers License (CDL) completely paid for.

As step 1 of 3, getting the CLP is a two fold step which also includes getting the Medical DOT card. These two must first be obtained before a CDL is even considered
Step 2 of obtaining a Commercial Drivers License is an achievement that builds confidence and leads them to a self sustaining life
